Back Home

Morning Folks. Just wanted to get the word out that I was discharged from UWMC yesterday and I am presently home. In reaction to the 2nd round of chemo and as my blood levels continue to drop there is a chance I may be re-admitted if I should develop high fevers or any other complications. But presently I am home.  = )

Thinking of you, chica! Where is home? I'd like to catch you to say hello sometime this week or next (either at hospital or home), depending on where you are. ~Jessie

Tom shared your blog address with me last night, Kristina. I'm glad to see that second round of chemo is behind you. It doesn't surprise me that you're powering through this. You're a very talented writer my Dear, making all the medical garble understandable for lay folks. Bravo to you for that.
so, so much to consider about your next steps so we'll be watching for comments after your next appt. I'm on board to help however possible and join those who support whatever decision you and your doctors find best for you.
We're here. I was so glad to hear you took that wonderful trip to Afrika in preparation for what awaited you back home.
